When you submit booking form or contact inquiry form, we may collect: your full name, passport information, email address, planned travel date, number of travelers and other tour‑related information.

How we use your data

• Only used to arrange your Beijing private tour service, assign guide and vehicle for your trip.
• We will NOT sell, rent or share your personal passport & traveler data to any third‑party commercial company.
• Your personal travel information will only be accessed by our internal booking & operation team.

Data retention

After your tour completes, we will keep booking record for reasonable business period. If you request to delete your personal data, send request via our contact email.

Third‑party service

• Payment is processed by PayPal. Please refer to PayPal privacy terms for payment‑related data handling.
• Contact form messages are handled by Formspree service.
