Q: Do you pick‑up from any downtown Beijing hotel?

A: Yes, we provide hotel pick‑up and drop‑off service for most central Beijing hotels included in tour price.

Q: Can I adjust tour itinerary after booking?

A: Yes, our private tour supports flexible adjustment. Contact us by email to change sightseeing order.

Q: Do I need travel insurance?

A: Travel insurance is NOT included. We highly recommend all overseas visitors buy international travel insurance before arrival in China.

Q: What payment method for US customers?

A: We support PayPal for overseas guests. You will jump to PayPal secure payment page to finish transaction.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancel booking 7 or more calendar days prior to tour starting date: 100% full refund.
• Cancel booking 3‑6 calendar days before tour starting date: 50% refund of total payment.
• Cancel booking within 48 hours before tour date, or no‑show: NO refund will be issued.

All refund will be processed back to your original PayPal payment account within 5‑10 working days.

If you want to modify tour date instead of canceling, please send us email as soon as possible, subject to vehicle & guide availability.
